We visited this restaurant twice whilst in Bideford last week as we had previously been many times before. We weren’t disappointed! The meal was wonderful, the fish was delicious coated in very fine batter and the chips were cooked to perfection. The restaurant was a credit to the staff, it was spotless and the service was very prompt and professional! Well done team, we will definitely be back!

Excellent meal, good service and delicious food
This chip shop is great for a supper with friends. The fish was fresh and tasted it. l particularly liked the batter it was crispy and tasty. The chips were good. The portion size was good. l am glad l was hungry. The service and staff were prompt with very little waiting and the staff were nice we gave them a good tip they deserved it. They served a nice wine as well. There wasn’t a large cost to our meal and it was value for money.

Visit while passing, you won't be disappointed
A last minute decision whilst passing and in we went and so glad we did, the place was clean and inviting, the lady waitress was welcoming and friendly, the fish and chips were excellent with lovely large white fish in excellent crispy batter. Probably one of the best I have ever had in my eighty odd years of being a fish and chip eater, I and my family would recommend Mr Chips eatery extremely highly.
